前陣子看了些Scrum相關(guān)的資料，一些話個(gè)人覺(jué)得不錯(cuò)，特摘錄如下：

1. Scrum團(tuán)隊(duì)采取自組織的方式，團(tuán)隊(duì)成員自己決定如何完成當(dāng)前sprint的任務(wù)。

2. ScrumMaster不是管理者的角色，更像一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，更多的是為scrum團(tuán)隊(duì)服務(wù)，而不是指手畫(huà)腳。 ScrumMaster主要負(fù)責(zé)為團(tuán)隊(duì)排除障礙，保證開(kāi)發(fā)的順利進(jìn)行， 確保團(tuán)隊(duì)按照Scrum的簡(jiǎn)單規(guī)則進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。

3. 在設(shè)計(jì)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能來(lái)自于團(tuán)隊(duì)的每個(gè)成員，而非僅僅是被任命的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，所以，你沒(méi)有必要也不應(yīng)該等待一個(gè)任命的到來(lái)。這與Scrum的理念非常相似。Scrum弱化PM的功能，強(qiáng)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)的自主性。

4. ScrumMaster like a sheepdog, responsible for keeping the flock together and the wolves away.

5.  A Scrum project is controlled by means of frequency inspection of the project followed by necessary adaption.

6. All the development artifacts like design documents that existed only to support the waterfall approach are recommended to be eliminated. Scrum relies on high-bandwith, face-to-face communication and teamwork. 對(duì)于分布式團(tuán)隊(duì)，尤其是跨國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)，設(shè)計(jì)文檔還是很有必要的。

7. Scrum team is cross-functional: in situations where everyone is chipping in to build the functionality, you don't have to be a tester or a designer to design. 感覺(jué)就像在說(shuō)，我就是社會(huì)主義的一塊磚，哪里需要哪里放。
