前陣子看了些Scrum相關的資料，一些話個人覺得不錯，特摘錄如下：

1. Scrum團隊采取自組織的方式，團隊成員自己決定如何完成當前sprint的任務。

2. ScrumMaster不是管理者的角色，更像一個領導者，更多的是為scrum團隊服務，而不是指手畫腳。 ScrumMaster主要負責為團隊排除障礙，保證開發的順利進行， 確保團隊按照Scrum的簡單規則進行開發。

3. 在設計良好的團隊中領導才能來自于團隊的每個成員，而非僅僅是被任命的領導者，所以，你沒有必要也不應該等待一個任命的到來。這與Scrum的理念非常相似。Scrum弱化PM的功能，強調團隊的自主性。

4. ScrumMaster like a sheepdog, responsible for keeping the flock together and the wolves away.

5.  A Scrum project is controlled by means of frequency inspection of the project followed by necessary adaption.

6. All the development artifacts like design documents that existed only to support the waterfall approach are recommended to be eliminated. Scrum relies on high-bandwith, face-to-face communication and teamwork. 對于分布式團隊，尤其是跨國團隊來說，設計文檔還是很有必要的。

7. Scrum team is cross-functional: in situations where everyone is chipping in to build the functionality, you don't have to be a tester or a designer to design. 感覺就像在說，我就是社會主義的一塊磚，哪里需要哪里放。
