需要添加如下參數(shù)：

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8086

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false

啟動JConsole以后會要求選擇連接，切換到Remote標簽頁port填8086就可以了

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8086 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false
