基本安裝方法和32位一致，只是在控制面板中是找不到FlexLm License Manager的

需要 自己手動運行flexlm.cpl 文件啟動FlexLm License Manager，并配置
?lmgrd.exe
license file選項
并啟動服務器
?
然后
開始-->Rational Software --> Rational License KeyAdministrator
選擇”Point to a Rational License Server to get mylicenses"，
這時需要手動在server name里面輸入自己配置的計算機名，然后點完成，就ok了
