如果DB不一到，記得要修改兩個地方，
default/deploy/xxx-ds.xml
persistence.xml中的hibernate.dialect
Sessionbean的JNDI的名字規則是：EAR_NAME + "/" + BeanName + "/" + local/remote,因此JNDI的名字根據Project是否以EAR方式發布相關。
