這個錯誤,網上一般都是說的DB2環境配置問題:DB2COMM和SVCNAME變量設置不對,但是這個環境下使用的是type2的驅動,本地catalog的數據庫是可以連通的,遠程java連接數據庫也可以成功,最后,只好向客戶要了機器的口令和weblogic控制臺口令,結果進去一看,狂汗,有3,4個jdbc pool的初始連接數都是150,加起來超過默認的數據庫代理數目了,改到25,重啟,一切ok!
