There are many articles that introduce how to configure the development environment, so I don’t mention it. But in my own experience, I meet the other question, it’s the directory construct of the MVC.

M-Model ??In this, it refers to the JavaBeans.

V-View??? In this, it refers to JSP files

C-Control?? In this, it refers to Servlet.

In eclipse with the WTP plug-in or myeclipse(recommended) , you can new a web project, and then new a JSP, and new a servlet if you need, but for the Javabean, you should new a class, and in the following windows select a new package, such as myBean to store the JavaBean.

Now the directory structure is like this:

---|WEB-INF |---web.xml
??? |??????????????? |---lib

??? |????????????????|---classes|---myServlet.class (this is the servlet)

????|???????????????????????????????|---myBean? ---myBean.class? (this is the JavaBean)

??? |JSPs
