SCWCD（Sun Certified Web Component Developer）是SUN推出的一個認證，主要是考察開發者對網絡組件開發的熟悉程度，如果想考取該認證必須先要取得SCJP的認證。

        考試的費用在中國大陸是1500RMB（不知道價格是否有變），考試的內容主要有：
