1. Windows下Oracle10g OEM的Host Credentials問題
問題描述：OEM中很多配置需要用戶提供主機的用戶名和密碼，但即使輸入正確，OEM也會出現如下的Validation Error：
Error - Connection to host as user xxx failed: ERROR: Wrong password for user
解決方法：Start Menu -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Log on as a batch job，添加相應的用戶。
