Dear XXX,
It’s hard to make this decision, but I decide to leave XXX to purchase new opportunity for personal reasons.
I would like to let you know how much I have enjoyed my past three years at the XXX, XXX is an invaluable place for enriching my knowledge, l learnt so much things from here not only technical knowledge but also lots of other fields, like communication, team spirit, life and so on, I enjoyed working with all of yours, it’s really huge spiritual wealth to me in the future
I will hand over my work to other colleague smoothly, and I hope my leave will not impact project plan, I hope I could finished this within a month! It is not easy to make such decision because I have been really enjoying the work and life here; I would like to take this opportunity to wish the company will better in the future!
