自定義TagLib的時候碰到這個錯誤，原因是編輯tld文件的時候沒有使用DTD或者Schema文件驗證，拼寫錯誤導致最終報這個錯誤消息
如果遇到同樣問題的同學，不妨檢查一下自己的tld文件對不對。
BTW: tld類的異常需要處理好

注意<name>屬性值要和你的方法名removeHtml一致
