在myeclipse的help菜單下

點擊sowftware update 菜單,

再點find and install

選擇seach for new feathures to install ,點擊next

點擊右邊第一個也就是 new remote site那個按鍵, 隨便亂輸入一個名字。網址就輸入下面這個

這是網址 http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/

或:
window-->preferences-->content types-->java properties file

改為GBK或UTF-8 , 然后update, 確定.

如果再有問題, 則找到*.properties的資源文件，把編輯器改為PropertiesEditor.
