Resource is out of sync with the file system的解決辦法

在eclipse中，啟動server時報此錯，是因為文件系統不同步造成的，解決方法有兩個：
(1)選中工程，右鍵，選擇F5(手動刷新)；
(2)Window->Preferences->General->Workspace，選中Refresh automatically(設置eclipse自動刷新)。
