提示開(kāi)發(fā)階段將該屬性設(shè)置了true，將可以在每次請(qǐng)求時(shí)都重新加載國(guó)際化資源文件，從而可以讓開(kāi)發(fā)者看到實(shí)時(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)效果；產(chǎn)品發(fā)布階段應(yīng)該將該屬性設(shè)置為false，是為了提供響應(yīng)性能，每次請(qǐng)求都需要重新加載資源文件會(huì)大大降低應(yīng)用的性能。
