websphere中jstl標簽不要套著用

websphere中jstl標簽不要套著用，特別是 <c:if>、<c:when>和 ${fn:}，不然還得回頭改，嚴重浪費時間。

記錄一下，備忘。

已經試過N次了，以目前的版本來說，websphere還是不支持套著用，以后沒聽到新聞也可以不用再測試了！
