1、web.xml文件里加上以下配置

2、在WEB/INF下新建tld文件夾，將要用到的標(biāo)簽庫都導(dǎo)入到文件夾內(nèi)
3、新建include/tagtld.jsp
<%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-bean" prefix="bean" %>
<%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-html" prefix="html" %>
<%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-logic" prefix="logic" %>
4、在所要用到的jsp中導(dǎo)入<%@include file="include/tagtld.jsp"%>
