	今天碰到了這個錯誤，找了很多方法包括了Amigo姐姐的，都不能解決。。沒辦法只好把
          

            <plug-in className="org.springframework.web.struts.ContextLoaderPlugIn">
                        <set-property property="contextConfigLocation" value="/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml" />
                      </plug-in>
          
從Struts-Config.xml中移除，在web.xml中加入了
          

          <context-param> 
          <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name> 
          <param-value>/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml</param-value> 
          </context-param> 
          <servlet> 
          <servlet-name>context</servlet-name> 
          <servlet-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderServlet</servlet-class> 
          <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup> 
          </servlet>
          
調(diào)試的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)了錯誤，Myeclipse在部署的時候沒有把一些類庫添加到lib里面(我的是jboss-j2ee.jar )。手動復(fù)制下。
          解決后，再改回來就沒問題了。

          樓主，我按照你ideas方法一試，結(jié)果竟然好了

          但是我現(xiàn)在都不知道為什么會這樣就OK了

          2 reasons

          

          1. configuration of web.xml does not match with struts-config.xml
